Unicorn Uniforms,LLC understands that ordering online may not always be an easy task. We want to make sure that your online shopping experience is as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards your next purchase for phyiscal products.

All digital products are final sale, and physical items are eligible for exchange only (no refunds).


📦 Digital Products

All digital products, including eBooks, guides, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once delivered.

Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@unicornuniformsllc.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
